Good to know

Getting thereAccess via Boulevard Bellanger near the marina and sailing school. Free parking available along the boulevard, near the sailing school entrance, or further towards Grande Falaise; short walk to the beach. Launch away from supervised swimming zones.
HazardsFrequent onshore winds, strong shorebreak especially at high tide, rocky seawall/digue and limited beach space at high water, tidal range. Supervised bathing areas in summer; avoid launching in them. Technical and less forgiving than nearby bay spots.
Best time of dayBest at low tide, particularly with higher coefficients when basins form. Good year-round for waves with Atlantic lows; preferred winds from N to S via W (NW-SW best angles).
