Big Cambridgeshire reservoir with an active board scene, open almost every day of the year with safety cover. Two launch areas at the sailing club, one east of the clubhouse and one at the far west end, plus jetties and slipways across the site. Hot showers and changing in the clubhouse, hot food at times, and a separate lakeside café. A day ticket is needed and you must register and pay online before you turn up; launch and land only at the club, personal buoyancy at all times, and third-party insurance is required. Paid public car park next door. Worth ringing the office first — a pump foil is neither a dinghy nor a sailboard on their tariff.
