Good to know

Getting thereTake the Lausanne SΓΌd / St. Sulpice / Unil highway exit, then follow the lakeside road into St. Sulpice village. Continue through to the lake, where there's a football field with roadside parking right behind the spot.
HazardsTrees and forest sit close behind the launch, and while SW wind comes in at a manageable angle, you need to be able to release quickly if something goes wrong β€” genuinely not a spot for true beginners or for practicing. No food/drink at the spot itself, though there is a shower.
Best time of daySW wind is fairly consistent here since it travels the full length of Lake Geneva with no obstructions β€” one of the better SW spots in Switzerland, similar to Saint-Blaise. Look for around a 10kt SW forecast over the region.
