Shallow, current-free lake in the far north of Noord-Holland, 2 by 4 km, with no waves and no sandbanks — and a foil school on the beach that teaches dock start and pumping as a private lesson. Jetties and a slipway at the school, sandy bottom that deepens gradually, deep water about 100 m out. Free parking and grass to lay your gear out on, beach café on site, campsites with showers either side.
