Good to know

Getting thereIn La Neuveville, pass under the main road at the sign marked "St. Joux" โ€” a large parking lot sits right at the football field next to the spot.
HazardsThe swimming zone in the lee of the launch is off-limits โ€” respect it. The first few meters at the entry are standing-depth, then it drops off. If you're blown off course in weak Bise, there's a backup exit about 150m to the west.
Best time of dayBest on Bise (NE), running the full length of Lake Biel with clean, not-too-choppy water. Kiters are limited to NE-E here specifically. Bise runs weaker here than at Yvonand or Grandson on the other lake, so look for at least 10kt in the regional forecast to get ~15kt on-site.
