Upper Lake Como at Dongo, where the kite and wing school on the Via Vigna del Lago teaches tow foiling and pump foiling for the windless days. Free beach and a slipway 400 m south at the Lido di Dongo, free customer parking and a café at the base, showers at the neighbouring campsites. Lake-wide rules: boards only from an hour after sunrise to sunset, an approved life jacket is mandatory, 10 m between riders, and keep off the ferry routes and out of the ports.
