Getting thereAbout 30 minutes from Dubai International Airport (DXB) via the E11 or E311. A car is preferred for gear; paid municipal parking spans the Ajman Corniche road. The public sandy stretch near the Coral Beach resort zone has the clearest launch paths.
HazardsHeavy weekend crowds, plus large stone groynes and breakwaters built against coastal erosion. Stay well clear of these rocky obstacles — strong longshore current can push a downwind-drifting kiter directly into them.
Best time of dayAfternoon, once solar heating over the northern emirates peaks to draw in the standard NW sea breeze. Post-midday gives steadier onshore/side-onshore conditions than the light, unpredictable morning breeze.
