Small Bavarian lake twenty minutes from the Tegernsee, quieter than its neighbour. Public slipway on the north-west shore by the town, plus a pier and a gravel shore with a kiosk beside it. The Strandbad on the east side has a wooden jetty but charges entry and its Steg is for customers. Free parking near the north shore, cafés in the village. Two of the mapped north-shore beaches are marked no-swimming, so use the slipway end.
