The Paradies bathing area north of Possenhofen on the west shore, with two publicly accessible wooden Stege — Steg 1 by the kiosk and Steg 2 a little south. Two more Stege further along are mapped as closed to the public, so stay on the first two. Entry is free, the grounds are run by the city of Munich, parking is paid in four lots behind the shore, kiosk right at Steg 1 and toilets across the site. Water depth at the Steg heads is not published and the lake runs low in late summer.
