Getting thereRegion of Murcia, about 30 minutes from Murcia International Airport (RMU) or 1 hour from Alicante. A car is needed to explore the spots around this salt-water lagoon; free street parking at Los Narejos or Playa Paraíso. The beach in front of the local Spinosa surf club is the most organized access.
HazardsWater is very shallow for several hundred meters — genuinely beginner-friendly for riding, but a real obstacle for hydrofoil masts specifically. Swimmer zones are heavily buoyed in summer, and local police do enforce use of the designated launching channels.
Best time of dayAfternoon, April-September, when the thermal Garbí wind blows from the SW like clockwork after midday, giving stable cross-onshore conditions across the flat, warm lagoon.
