Getting thereAlong the urban waterfront of Jijel, about 15 minutes from Jijel Ferhat Abbas Airport (GJL). A car or local taxi is preferred for gear; free parking in the large asphalt lots adjacent to the Kotama beach promenade. The main public sandy strip is the primary access.
HazardsHeavy local foot traffic and urban infrastructure directly downwind of the narrow launch zone. Watch for real shorebreak and undercurrent during northern winter fronts — no official rescue boat support on site.
