Groundwater lake east of Munich, 11 hectares of water and about 5 m deep, with a Wasserwacht station and boathouse on the shore and a bathing island offshore. Riders use the rescue Steg; it is tolerated outside the busy bathing hours rather than formally allowed, so be considerate. Parking free out of season and paid 1 May to 30 Sep, seasonal toilets, a restaurant with a beer garden on the north shore.
