A former sand pit near Deinze run as a windsurf club water, where foiling is expressly allowed and swimming expressly is not. The Belgian pump foil community is active here and has built its own dock for the lake. Clubhouse with a beach bar and terrace; membership is needed to use the water, open weekends in May, June and September and daily through July and August. Small, flat and sheltered.
