Lefkada's only real kite spot, on the northwestern tip near three windmills, 2.5km from Lefkada town — reachable by bearing right after the swing bridge from the mainland. Onshore thermal wind, generally weaker than the (kite-prohibited) bay at Vasiliki, though a chest-high swell can build.

Getting thereNorthern coast of Lefkada, about 25 minutes from Aktion National Airport (PVK) across the floating bridge. A car is preferred for gear; free asphalt parking parallel to the entire beachfront promenade. The wide beach in front of the historic stone windmills is the primary launch.
HazardsFaces the open Ionian with a real, heavy onshore shorebreak and short, punchy chop when the breeze fills in hard. Body-dragging past the breakers can be a real struggle here — watch for dangerous underwater concrete slabs and old wooden pier piles hidden just below the surface.
Best time of dayAfternoon, May-September, when a reliable thermal (Maestral) drives a predictable, stable cross-onshore breeze, usually on by 1pm. Peaks 2-5pm for world-class, steady tracking.
