A car is essential to traverse the sandy coastal access roads, with a small environmental entry fee charged per vehicle at the gate. You can park directly in the unpaved sandy spaces at Kitesurf Beach Center (https://casamikoko.ae/kitesurfing-course/) or near the Casa Mikoko (https://casamikoko.ae/kitesurfing-course/) facility, which offers the cleanest launch access.
HazardsThe spot is enveloped by dense mangrove forests that create a highly protected, shallow body of water with a soft sand and mud bottom. True beginners must navigate carefully around submerged mangrove roots and ensure they remain downwind of the structural boundaries of the local beach clubs to prevent gear tangles. Wind quality can become highly turbulent or shadowed near the beach front if the prevailing northwest Shamal shifts slightly. This Spot is only for TT.
