Getting thereFahaheel Expressway, Kuwait City, about 15 minutes south of Kuwait International Airport (KWI). A car is necessary for gear; ample paid parking at the official Messilah Beach Park lot. The sandy stretch inside the managed park zone is the primary staging area.
HazardsGenuinely restricted by municipal regulations — kitesurfing is banned from public swimming areas during peak summer months, not just discouraged. Watch for concrete tidal walls and old metal pipes hidden just beneath the surface close to shore.
