A rocky point break next to a jetty and cliff, with sharp rocks and sea urchins underfoot — bring boots. Best on the Mistral (NW), also rideable W or SW though more onshore. No margin for error; a wingfoil and windsurf wave spot for people who already know what they're doing.

Good to know

Getting thereSix-Fours-les-Plages, about 45 minutes west of Toulon-Hyères Airport (TLN) via the A50. A car is mandatory; paid parking at the port or along the corniche cliff roads. The launch is a very tight pebble beach inlet right next to the harbor breakwater.
HazardsAn elite wave spot with a genuinely brutal shorebreak, jagged rocky shelves along the whole downwind bay, and a concrete harbor wall leaving no room for error. True beginners should avoid this entirely — the NW Mistral blows side-shore with real power here, creating chaotic, high-speed waves.
Best time of dayAfternoon, when the Mistral peaks and lines up with the offshore reefs for clean wave faces. Check wind alerts closely — this is genuinely for expert wave riders only.
