A car is required, with free parking available at the local lagoon-side restaurants, surf clubs, or private holiday villas. Staging requires launching from the sandy banks of the narrow lagoon peninsula or crossing via boat to the outer sand spit.
HazardsThe lagoon channel is relatively narrow and bordered by private boat docks, luxury villa structures, and dense tropical vegetation that can cause severe wind shadows close to shore.
