A real, established kite center at the northern tip of the Red Sea — deep water, side-shore wind roughly 80–90% of the time, and space enough that it's rarely crowded. Windy season runs mid-March to mid-October; July/August are the calmer months within it. Jordan requires a rescue boat to kite here, which the local center provides.

Getting thereAbout 25km south of King Hussein International Airport and 15km south of Aqaba city center, within the Tala Bay resort complex. A car or resort shuttle is required; parking within the secure Tala Bay public or resort areas, with launch access through the beach club grounds or public coastal paths.
HazardsDrops into deep water almost immediately, with a real side-offshore angle to the wind. No shallow standing area — a reliable boat rescue service is genuinely important if you can't consistently ride upwind, not just a nice-to-have.
Best time of dayMorning through early afternoon, when the Rift Valley thermal wind peaks in strength and consistency. Mornings also bring cooler air and calmer, less choppy water.
